Beijing Radish Salad

(from The Farm at Miller’s Crossing Recipes)

  • 1 bunch watermelon RADISH
  • 2 T. rice or balsamic VINEGAR(or a combination)
  • 1 T. SOY SAUCE
  • 1 t. SUGAR
  • 2 t. SESAME OIL
  • 2 CLOVES GARLIC, finely chopped

Julienne or grate radishes. Mix dressing & serve over radishes.

    1. I tried this last week and it was a tasty tasty surprise! I am not so keen on big bites of raw radish, but this was a flavorful combo with zing and punch, in the best sort of way.
